ChromaluxTM HB Luminescent Assay
Microplates - Flat Bottom
Chromalux HB plates are reflective, densely pigmented and
molded from white polystyrene. They enhance the sensitivity of luminescent
reactions by increasing signal reflectivity and minimizing cross-talk. They are
treated to provide a uniformly, high binding surface for luminescent immunoassay
(LIA) and may reduce the potential for static discharge in "Flash"
assays. These microplates are RNase and DNasefree and are non-pyrogenic. |

DYNEX Technologies’ Microplate Luminometer Reference Plate
The DYNEX Technologies Luminometer Reference Plate is designed for monitoring
the precision and accuracy of the Relative Light Unit (RLU) measurement for most
microplate Luminometers. It consists of a precision controlled light source that
is filtered to produce a narrow bandwidth of light thus ensuring
reproducibility. The reference plate is powered by two 1 .5v AAA alkaline
batteries.

| The Luminometer Reference Plate spans 4 decades of instrument measurement
from 0.3 to 500 RLU and has an easy-to-use design that consists of two toggle
switches that control the ON/OFF function and HIGH/LOW output from the plate.
The adjustment of the reference plate is independent of the Luminometer and is
achieved by using a unique, highly stable non-PMT-based detector. |

Opsys MRTM
Verification Plate
The Opsys MR Verification Plate is used to verify correct measurement
pertormance of your Opsys MR Absorbance Reader. The Opsys MR Verification Plate
performs Alignment, Accuracy, Linearity and Precision tests of your Opsys MR at
several wavelengths. The Verification Plate is supplied with Absorbance
calibration data traceable to NIST primary standards and NAMAS (through NPL).

MRX® Verification Plate
The MRX Verification Plate
includes software for automating its use with the MRX 11 photometer.
The MRX Revelation photometer comes with preinstalled software for
automated data collection and reporting from the MRX Verification
Plate. The plate provides the means to verify physical alignment (X-
and Y-alignment and skew), optical channel matching, correct filter
installation, photometric linearity and photometric accuracy. The
absorbance values at 450 nm of the neutral density filters in
the MRX Verification Plate are traceable to the National Institute
of Standards and Technology (NIST). Calibration for other
wavelengths is available upon request. |
