Jaw Crusher
Jaw crushers are particularly suited for crushing brittle,
moderately to very hard materials such as coal, ores, glass, all kinds of rock,
etc. with a degree of hardness up to 8,5 according to Mohs.
Size reduction in jaw crushers occurs in the wedge-shaped
space between a fixed crusher jaw and one attached to an eccentrically moving
arm.
The jaw crushers are of welded steel design. The front wall
of the housing can be removed respectively hinged open for fast and easy
cleaning.
A three-phase motor mounted on the housing
drives the crushers.

Roller Mill
Roller mills are suited for crushing brittle materials of all
degrees of hardness such as rocks, ores, coal, coke, etc.
The material to be crushed is pulled by friction into the gap
between two rollers rotating in opposite directions and is comminuted by
pressure and shearing action.
The roller mill is of sturdy welded steel design with a
two-section housing. The upper section with the feed funnel can be removed
easily. The two rollers are driven via a common V-belt drive and a mounted
three-phase motor.

Cone Crusher
Suitable for very hard materials such as corundum,
ferrosilicon, ore, slag, coke, etc.
The cone crusher is equipped with grinding elements made of
tungsten carbide for crushing granular sizes of up to 25 mm down to less than 2
mm. In the version with installed sample divider, a partial volume (1/2, 1/4
or 1/8 of the job volume) is continuously separated during the
grinding process. The throughput capacity of the cone crusher 65 with the slot
at its lowest setting depending on the material to be crushed is approx. 40 to
60 kg per hour.
The cone crusher 170 is available for a throughtput capacity up to approx.
130 kg/h.

Hammer Mill
Hammer mills are used for crushing soft to medium hard bulk
materials with degrees of hardness between 2 and 5 according to Mohs, such as
pumice, lignite, hard coal, coke, ore, lime, limestone, gypsum, resins,
chemicals, salts, slag, clay, marl, brick fragments, feed, bones.
Comminution in the hammer mill occurs through impact. The
material to be crushed is pulled into the hammer mill by the hammers suspended
on the fast-running motor. Size reduction is mainly carried out on the grate
basket.
The hammer mill is of a powerful welded steel construction.
The twosection housing comprises the top housing section with feed funnel and
the bottom housing section. It is powered by a V-belt drive and mounted
three-phase motor.

Crossbeater Mill
The crossbeater mill is suitable for finely grinding soft and
medium hard materials up to a Mohs hardness of 6, such as dried fruit, feed,
chemicals, coal, soil samples, sedimentary rocks and ores.
Comminution in the crossbeater mill is carried out between
the rotating beater arms and grinding insert, producing shearing and impact
effects.
Accessories
Baseframe mobile or stationary, base screens as perforated
sheets made of stainless steel, 0.12 - 5
mm perforations or as hard-wearing slotted screens made of stainless steel, slot
sizes 0.15 - 2 mm.
