This dissolution test instrument  has 6 test and 2 additional vessels for blank and/or reference solvent.This is an ideal instrument for either manual sampling or basic automation. The "six-in-line" vessel configuration means easy access to the sample vessel for sampling, cleaning and refilling.

PTWS D6E "Two-in-one" Dissolution Tester

This conveniently configured dissolution bath of 6 + 6 vessels allows independent operation for two sets of test conditions at the some time. There are also two extra vessels set into the bath cover for medium and / or standard storge at working temperature. This is also an ideal instrument for method development

PTWS 12E 6+6 Test Positions

Higher sample requirements? No problem! The PTWS 12E is a 12 position version af the PTWS IIIE with 12 working positions plus two additional vessels for blank (medium) and standard storage. Analyse 2 batches of tablets under identical test conditions.

Features of the PTWS series

	All instruments and accessories and tools are USP and EP compliant
	no vibration transfer to the bath, as bath and vessels have no connection to drive and thermostat housing
	Accurate electronic control of Rpms and temperature allow operation well within Pharmacopoeia guidelines
	Due to a built-in chuck system, each tool position can be engaged at any point in the dissolution cycle, which allows sequential tablet drop and samplng which is useful if manual sampling is employed
	Rpm range is adjustable between 25-250 with a typical accuracy of <2%
	Temperature range is adjustable between 25-45°C with a stability of <2°C over the entire bath
	Motor driven head lift (of 20cm) allows easy access to all vessels and tools
	LED displays for Rpms, actual and target temperature, clock and pH (if a pH option is installed)
	Switched bath illumination for clearer sample viewing
	0ff-line connection of a pump and fraction collector for PC free operation. Sampling intervals are controlled from the PTWS internal clock
